Living in CO, I'd have to narrow it down to the leaves though. There are times where I literally have to stop just take it all in. My only wish is that the colors would stick around just a little while longer (but what are the chances of that when we're guaranteed snow by Halloween each year?)

Definitely my favorite time of year as well :)Mohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12861326015259508059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6869425638853466164.post-59239885113595464412008-10-13T19:22:00.000-06:002008-10-13T19:22:00.000-06:00Pumpkin Pie. When David and I were first married one of the only things I knew how to make was the pumpkin pie from the "Bride and Groom" William Sonoma cookbook - a handy wedding gift. Here's the trouble, David doesn't like pie. I allow myself to make my delicious pumpkin pie beginning Oct. 1 and the cut off date is Jan. 15...because I keep a fork in the pie and take a little bite every few hours. Just a sliver...a little smidge at a time and by the end of three days I have done away with the entire pie! Good heavens! Who does that! I do. Shamelessly. Because it's fall and cozy and time to fatten up I suppose.

That's my favorite part of fall.David and Rachaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01277440696873954059noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6869425638853466164.post-81145952462904590952008-10-12T19:52:00.000-06:002008-10-12T19:52:00.000-06:00I like to be outside MORE in the fall than in the ...I like to be outside MORE in the fall than in the summer.
